BRANDENTURE offers both service-based and digital downloadable products. Due to their nature, our return and refund guidelines are:
1. Digital Products
All digital products — including templates, eBooks, marketing kits, and downloadable files — are non-refundable once delivered due to instant access.
2. Services
Refunds for services are not offered once work has started. However:
We may issue partial refunds if:
- The client cancels before project kickoff
- No strategy sessions or deliverables have been initiated
3. Project Cancellation by Client
If a client cancels mid-project:
- No refunds are issued
- Any unpaid amount for completed work must be settled
4. Project Cancellation by Brandenture
If BRANDENTURE cancels due to conflict, inability to deliver, or unforeseen issues:
- A fair partial refund will be issued based on the remaining work
5. Mistaken Purchase
If you accidentally purchased the wrong digital product, contact us within 24 hours. Exchange may be possible (no refunds).
