These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BRANDENTURE’s marketing services, social media management, consultancy, and digital products.

1. Service Scope

BRANDENTURE provides:

  • Marketing Strategy
  • Social Media Strategy
  • Social Media Management
  • Digital Marketing Templates & DIY Products
  • AI-assisted marketing tools

Each service has its own defined scope as shared in proposals, invoices, or onboarding documents.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information and materials on time
  • Communicate politely and professionally
  • Approve content within agreed timelines
  • Provide necessary access (social platforms, websites, etc.)

Delays caused by the client are not the responsibility of BRANDENTURE.

3. Delivery of Work

Work is delivered according to mutually agreed deadlines. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

4. Payment Terms

  • Services are billed upfront unless otherwise stated
  • Retainer services are billed monthly
  • Digital products are non-refundable
  • Failure to pay on time may result in service termination

5. Revisions

Service packages include a fixed number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Liability

BRANDENTURE is not responsible for:

  • Platform outages
  • Social media algorithm changes
  • Results affected by factors outside our control (competition, industry changes, client inaction)

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payments already made are non-refundable.
